In the role of Operations Manager, you will:
Build a team of 50 new employees in Guwahati, Delhi.
Handle the full-stack organization building process - right from contacting institutions, screening,
hiring, setting up office space, to executing and delivering the project.
Coordinating with and reporting to the leadership team on talent acquisition plans and progress.
Driving continuous review and optimization of hiring processes to ensure that only the best applicants join our team.
Supporting the vast team in every way you can. Where teams aren’t following the process, identify the root cause and solve the issues.
Ability to foresee risks and issues and articulate clearly in advance. Present
problems with accompanying solutions.
Enjoy bringing order to ambiguous systems through research, creative thinking
and process building.
